Where a course or program is intended for learners under 18, enrollment must be completed and supervised by a parent, guardian, or authorized institution.

We provide e-learning and training services, including but not limited to:

• Custom e-learning and course design and development
• Instructional design, storyboarding, and content creation
• Learning management system (LMS) setup and content delivery
• Training programs, workshops, and assessments
• Hosted online courses and learning materials

Project-based and custom development services are subject to a separate Service Agreement or Proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, revisions, and payment terms.

These Terms govern your general use of the website, our hosted courses, and your interaction with our business.

Some features, courses, or learning portals may require account registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Not share your account or course access with others, as access is granted on an individual-license basis unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for security reasons.

You must not use our website, courses, or services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Copy, record, redistribute, resell, or publicly share our course content or materials without authorization.

• All content on this website and within our courses, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, course materials, assessments, and software, is owned by eLearning Solutions Lab or its licensors.
• Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for your own personal or internal learning purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Ownership of custom-developed course materials created under a separate Service Agreement is governed by the terms of that agreement. Our trademarks, including our company name and logo, may not be used without authorization.

All courses and content provided on the website are for educational and informational purposes only.

While we strive to deliver high-quality, up-to-date training, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, certifications, employment results, or performance improvements from completing our courses or applying the strategies and information they contain.

Any certificates of completion we issue confirm participation and completion of a course, and do not constitute an accredited academic or professional qualification unless expressly stated.

• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website’s or course content’s accuracy, completeness, or availability.
• Services and course content are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, courses, or services.
• Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course or service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate service agreement or at the point of purchase:

• All fees for courses and services must be paid in full before access is granted or work commences.
• Fees are non-refundable once course access has been granted or content has been downloaded, except where required by law or where a specific refund or money-back policy is stated for a course.
• For custom development projects, payment milestones and refund terms are governed by the applicable Service Agreement.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

• You breach these Terms.
• You misuse our services or course content.
• We are required to do so by law.

Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations, and fees already paid remain non-refundable except as stated in Section 11.

Our website and courses may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or resources.

We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of such external sites or services. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform’s own terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

You agree that any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the proper courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

We encourage resolving disputes informally.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines through mediation before pursuing court action.

We will communicate with you via email or by posting notices on our website or learning platform.
