Our Story
A serial founder who keeps building learning-first companies
Venchito Tampon Jr. has spent his career at the intersection of business and people development. Before eLearning Solutions Lab, he founded and led SharpRocket, a digital marketing agency, and Hills & Valleys Cafe – learning, in each case, how to build something useful, fast, and built to last.
As Chief Learning Officer at Rainmakers Training & Consultancy, he designs and delivers leadership development programs for organizations across the Philippines and abroad, combining modern learning design with behavioral science and real-world execution.
The expertise to build great training already existed inside L&D teams. The bandwidth to actually produce it did not.
eLearning Solutions Lab is his answer – a company built for speed and instructional rigor in equal measure, so professional, accessible eLearning gets built in weeks instead of quarters.
