Custom eLearning Development Services to Cover Your Every Need

eLearning Solutions Lab provides a holistic suite of services that are designed to transform your existing knowledge into high-performing digital assets. Our expertise makes sure your training is available on-demand, interactive, and perfectly aligned with your business goals.

Content Audit & Gap Analysis (Week 1)

We review everything you send: slide decks, facilitator guides, handouts, recorded sessions - and map what's worth converting, what needs updating, and what should really be cut entirely. Our instructional designers will flag content gaps, outdated information, and sections that won't just translate to a self-paced format without a redesign. So you'll receive a conversion brief that outlines scope, recommended format, and any content decisions that will need your sign-off before we build.

Learning Objectives Realignment for Self-Paced Format (Week 1–2)

ILT learning objectives are written for a facilitated environment, where a physical trainer can prompt, probe, and adjust in real time. We rewrite them for a self-paced learner who has no instructor to fill in the gaps. This step is necessary and will determine what your course will actually teach, how mastery of certain skills gets measured, and which interactions are needed to drive the learning outcome, not just to cover the content.

Storyboarding & Instructional Redesign (Week 2–3)

This is where your content exactly becomes a course. Our IDs build a full storyboard, screen by screen - mapping all the narration, on-screen text, visuals, interactions, and knowledge checks into a logical learner journey. So you will review and approve the storyboard before any single line of development begins, so there will be no late-stage surprises and revision cycles that stay tight.

Development in Your Preferred Authoring Tool (Week 3–5)

With an approved storyboard, our developers will build the course using Articulate Rise or Storyline. We apply your brand standards, integrate voiceover (AI or human), and build every interaction - including scenarios, drag-and-drop branching- to spec. Two review checkpoints are built into this phase, so you actually see the progress before any final delivery.

Review Cycles & QA (Week 5–6)

Before anything goes to your LMS, we run the course through full quality assurance: checking for broken interactions, audio sync issues, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, compliance, and SCORM/xAPI tracking accuracy. So your team will review the final build, submit consolidated feedback, and we will close revisions within the agreed rounds. Nothing ships until it passes.

LMS Upload, SCORM/xAPI Configuration & Launch (Week 6)

We package the eLearning course to your LMS specifications - SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, or xAPI - and either deliver the tested package for your team to upload or support you through the upload directly. We confirm completion tracking, quiz scoring, and reporting data that are firing correctly, and we hand off. So your course is live, tested, and ready for learners.

Rapid Conversion vs. Full Instructional Redesign: Which One Do You Actually Need?

Most eLearning vendors won't tell you this upfront: not every ILT program needs the same level of conversion work. You can send a leadership development course through the same process as a compliance update - this is how projects go over budget and under-deliver, for sure. So, here's how to tell the difference before you can commit to scope.

Feature
Option A · Faster & Leaner
Rapid Conversion
Option B · Higher-Impact
Full Instructional Redesign
Best For Compliance refreshers, product updates, SOPs, and onboarding modules with stable content. Leadership development, sales enablement, behavior change, and high-stakes skill-building programs.
Content Treatment Existing slides, scripts, and handouts repurposed with minor restructuring for self-paced flow. Source content fully audited, rewritten, and restructured around the self-paced learner journey.
Instructional Design Light-touch — preserves original learning objectives and structure. Full redesign — new objectives, assessment strategy, and scenario architecture.
Interactions Standard knowledge checks, click-to-reveal, and basic scenarios. Branching scenarios, decision-based simulations, custom interactions, and advanced assessments.
Voiceover AI-generated voiceover (premium voices available). AI or professional human voiceover, with scripting refined per scene.
Timeline 2–4 weeks 5–7 weeks
Starting Price From $1,500 From $2,499
Choose This When Your existing materials are solid, content is stable for 18+ months, and you need speed-to-launch over a full redesign. The original ILT relied heavily on facilitator nuance, or learner behavior change is the real outcome you’re measuring.

Should You Convert It - Or Keep It Live? A Decision Framework

Not every instructor-led program belongs in an LMS. When you convert the wrong training, it only wastes budget, frustrates learners, and produces an eLearning course that nobody completes. So before you move forward on any conversion project, you can run your program through these four questions. The answers, of course, will tell you what you're actually dealing with.

Does the learning outcome depend on human interaction?

Some corporate training works precisely given of what happens between people - so the push-back in a role-play, the facilitator who reads the room and reframes a concept, the peer discussion that will surface a blind spot no slide deck could anticipate. So if the outcome of your program depends on those dynamics, then converting it to self-paced eLearning will hollow it out. Convert if the outcome is knowledge transfer, process understanding, or compliance awareness - so that learners will need information delivered consistently, not a human to guide them through it. Keep it as VILT if the learning outcome is a practiced skill, a judgment call under pressure, or a behavior that needs real coaching feedback to develop correctly.

How often does the content change?

Rapidly changing content like updated regulations, shifting product specs, evolving policies - will create that maintenance burden in eLearning that live training doesn't carry. A facilitator can update their talking points overnight. And rebuilding a SCORM course costs time and money every revision cycle. So convert only if the content is stable for at least 18 to 24 months, like compliance frameworks, onboarding processes, and SOPs that don't shift frequently are strong conversion candidates. So keep it as VILT if regulatory updates, product changes, or policy revisions can happen quarterly, given that live delivery gives you that flexibility that a published course simply doesn't.

What is the scale and frequency of delivery?

This is actually an ROI question, so eLearning pays for itself through volume and repetition - a course built once and delivered to hundreds of learners across multiple cohorts generates compounding returns. So an eLearning program that runs once a year for twelve people rarely justifies the development investment. Convert if you're delivering the same training to 50 or more learners per year, running multiple cohorts, or training across geographies and time zones where scheduling live sessions is a logistical problem. Keep it as VILT if your audience is small, delivery is infrequent, or that relational context of a live session adds value that self-paced simply can't replicate.

Is inconsistent delivery currently costing you?

Now, if the quality of your training depends on which facilitator runs it - so if some cohorts leave equipped and others don't - that's a conversion signal. eLearning can deliver the same experience every time, to every learner, regardless of the person who is facilitating or where they're located. Convert if you have facilitator variability, multiple trainers delivering the same content differently, or a distributed workforce where the live delivery is inconsistent across sites. Keep it as VILT if you have a small, high-quality facilitation team and live experience is genuinely consistent and valued by the people going through it.

Why L&D Teams Choose eLearning Solutions Lab

There is no shortage of eLearning vendors - what's really harder to find is one that can tell you the price upfront, deliver on time, and that doesn't route your project through three time zones before you actually see a draft. So here's what makes the difference when you work with us.

Fixed Pricing Before the Project Starts, Not After

Most eLearning vendors quote a range, start the project, and expand the scope mid-build. So by the time you see the invoice, the number has just moved. Our pricing is fixed at scoping - $1,500 for a Rapid Build, $2,499 for a Standard Build, $5,999 for a three-course Professional bundle - and it doesn't change unless you actually change the scope. You know exactly what you're getting, what it costs, and when it arrives before any single slide is built.

SCORM, xAPI, and LMS-Agnostic Delivery — Every Time

We've worked with enough LMS platforms to know that SCORM-ready means different things to different systems. So every eLearning course we deliver is tested for SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, and xAPI compliance before it actually leaves our hands - so completion tracking, quiz scoring, and reporting data are verified and working. We don't hand off a package and wish you luck. If there's something that doesn't fire correctly in your LMS, we fix it.

3–5 Week Delivery - With AI-Assisted Workflows That Don't Cut Corners

Fast delivery in eLearning usually means one of two things: a templated course with no instructional thinking behind it, or just a team that skips review cycles and ships rough work. So we use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate the parts of production that don't require much instructional judgment - like scripting drafts, voiceover generation, and visual layout - so our IDs and developers can invest their time where it matters most: like learning architecture, scenario design, and quality assurance. So the result is a 3 to 5 week turnaround without the shortcuts that will make fast delivery a risk.

WCAG 2.1 AA Accessibility — Built In, Not Bolted On

Accessibility compliance isn't a checkbox we run at the end. So every eLearning course we build meets WCAG 2.1 AA standards from the first draft - like color contrast, screen reader compatibility, keyboard navigation, and caption accuracy are part of our QA process - not just an add-on. For organizations in healthcare, financial services, or the public sector where accessibility is a legal requirement, this really matters before the eLearning course ever goes live.

English-First Instructional Design Team With Proven Experience Serving Global Clients

Our team is Philippine-based, and our founder brings his years of experience running SharpRocket, an SEO agency that has worked with US and international clients, which means his team of IDs and developers have clear English communication, professional delivery standards, and cross-cultural fluency that are embedded in how we work. We only write in professional English, understand the content expectations of global L&D teams, and can communicate reliably across time zones without that back-and-forth that can slow down projects. So you get instructional design that's built to an international standard, delivered at a price point that can make the business case straightforward - without actually sacrificing the quality or responsiveness you'd expect from a dedicated agency partner.
