If a course needs a learner to practise a hard decision and feel the consequence, that’s a Professional or Enterprise Build and we’ll say so rather than stretching rapid past what it does well.

Yes. Everything is white-label – your logo, palette, typography, and tone, with no trace of a third party – and you receive the editable source files on delivery. Sell it, license it, bundle it into a client academy, or hand it to another developer later. Many of our partners are training providers and L&D agencies who build a catalog with us and resell it under their own name at their own price. How you package and price it is entirely yours to decide.

One consolidated round, in week 5. That single round is what makes the timeline work, and it’s why week 2 matters so much – you approve the storyboard and a fully built sample screen in the real authoring tool before development starts, so the review is about content accuracy rather than design preferences. Additional rounds are available and quoted per round, with a revised delivery date issued before you approve. They’re not a penalty; sometimes content genuinely shifts. But they’re a decision with a date attached, and you’ll see both numbers first.

Yes, and it’s the most common reason firms come to us. Courses built as a batch share templates, one design gate, and one review cycle, so the per-course cost and the per-course effort on your side both drop meaningfully – volume pricing starts at $1,500 per course in a bundle. For ongoing programs we set up recurring production with priority scheduling, so you have predictable capacity to plan pipeline and quote against without carrying full-time developers. Usually not – messy is normal, and the week 1 content audit exists precisely to sort it. What genuinely doesn’t work is content nobody has owned for two years with no SME willing to vouch for it, screenshots of a system that’s since been redesigned, or material where the accurate version lives in one person’s head and that person hasn’t agreed to be involved. In those cases the honest answer is a short content-development phase first, quoted separately, then the rapid build. We’d rather tell you that in week 1 than discover it in week 4. Yes. Every course is packaged and tested as SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, or xAPI/cmi5, so it loads, tracks completion, and reports scores cleanly in any modern LMS – yours or your client’s. We confirm loading and tracking on handover day rather than leaving you to find out during a client go-live. If you’re deploying into a client system you don’t control, give us the platform and version in week 1 and sandbox access before week 6.

Yes. Rapid Build includes scored quizzes with completion and score tracking through SCORM or xAPI, which is what most credential processes actually depend on, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility is standard so the program stays audit-ready and eligible for public-sector work. If certification is central to your model, say so at kickoff – we design the assessment strategy in from the start rather than bolting it on. Where a credential requires performance-based assessment rather than knowledge testing, that’s a Professional Build.

Say so on the first call and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s possible. There are real levers – fewer modules in the first release with the rest phased, reduced media, AI voiceover instead of human talent, and a compressed week 2 gate if your decision-maker can commit to a 24-hour turnaround. What we won’t do is agree to a date and then discover in week 5 that it was never achievable. If it can’t be done properly in the time available, that’s a better thing to hear before you’ve committed to your own client.

Yes, on delivery – the Rise 360 link and every Storyline .story file, plus the complete SCORM package and documentation. That means a policy change, a rebrand, or a client-specific variant never forces a full rebuild at agency rates. Update them in-house, bring them back to us, or hand them to another developer. You’re buying an asset you own, not renting access to one, and for anyone reselling courses that distinction is the whole business case.

The economics work best when localization is planned at kickoff rather than added after handover, because the master build can be structured for it.
