Is Custom eLearning Safety Training OSHA-Compliant?

Most OSHA-Required Training Is Employer-Delivered, and That Is What We Build
The majority of OSHA standards - hazard communication, PPE, lockout/tagout, bloodborne pathogens, emergency action plans - require employers to train workers on the specific hazards of their own workplace. There is no mandated vendor, no official card, and no government-approved course catalog for these requirements. A custom eLearning course built around your facilities, equipment, and procedures, properly designed and documented, is exactly how the requirement gets satisfied. This is where generic course libraries fall short and site-specific eLearning wins: OSHA expects training to reflect your workplace.
OSHA 10/30 DOL Cards Are a Different Thing, and We Are Upfront About It
Official Department of Labor cards for OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Outreach training can only be issued through OSHA-authorized providers. Despite what some eLearning vendors imply, there is no such thing as an "OSHA certified" course. We do not issue DOL cards, and any custom development agency claiming otherwise should worry you. If your workers need Outreach cards, get them from an authorized provider. Use custom eLearning for everything those generic courses will never cover: your sites, your machines, your procedures, your emergency plans.
Some Standards Require a Hands-On Component. Your eLearning Feeds Into It
Forklift operation, respirator fit testing, and similar standards require a practical, in-person evaluation in addition to formal instruction. No online course alone satisfies them, ours included. 3. Development and Voiceover
Visual design, interactions, animation, and narration are produced against the approved storyboard, using your branding and your site imagery. You review the working course in a browser at checkpoint two.
4. QA, Accessibility, and SCORM Packaging
Functional QA across devices and browsers, accessibility testing against WCAG 2.1 AA, assessment logic verification, and tracking tested inside a live LMS before the package reaches you.
5. Deployment and Handover

After Launch: Updates and Versions
