LMS COMPATIBILITY

We don't sell an LMS. We build courses that work in yours.

Plenty of eLearning companies in the Philippines will sell you a platform along with the content. We don’t. You already have an LMS, or you’re choosing one on your own terms, and we have no interest in locking you into ours.

What we deliver is a standards-compliant package: a zipped SCORM or xAPI file, tested before it reaches you, that uploads to your platform and reports completions and scores the way your admins expect. If it doesn’t track correctly in your LMS, that’s our problem to fix, not yours.

  • SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 (2nd to 4th edition), xAPI (Tin Can), and cmi5
  • HTML5 output - desktop, tablet, and mobile responsive
  • Every package validated in SCORM Cloud before delivery
  • A test upload in your own sandbox before final sign-off, on request
  • Completion, pass or fail, score, and bookmarking all configured to your rules
  • Source files handed over on request, so you're never locked to us either

Platforms we deliver into

Our courses have been packaged for, or tested against, platforms including:

Moodle · TalentLMS · Docebo · iSpring Learn · Cornerstone OnDemand · SAP SuccessFactors Learning · Absorb LMS · LearnUpon · SAP Litmos · 360Learning · Workday Learning · Canvas · Blackboard · Google Classroom · Thinkific · LearnDash · TalentCards · SCORM Cloud

Using something not on this list, or something built in-house? Send us the specification. If it accepts a SCORM or xAPI package, we can build for it.

Don't have an LMS?

No LMS yet? We'll tell you honestly what to look for based on your headcount, budget, and reporting needs - and we don't take referral commissions from vendors.

THE 5 TO 7 WEEK PROCESS

What five to seven weeks actually looks like

Fast only counts if it's predictable. Here is exactly what happens, week by week, and where you sign off.

Before week 1 - Discovery and fixed quote

A scoping call with the founder, not a salesperson. We look at your raw material, agree the objectives, and send a fixed price and a fixed delivery date. Nothing starts until you approve both.

Week 1 - Content audit and course outline

We audit what you sent, flag gaps and outdated material, write measurable learning objectives, and return a module-by-module outline with the assessment strategy attached.

Week 2 - Storyboard and visual direction | REVIEW CHECKPOINT 1

You see the full storyboard: screen text, narration script, interactions, feedback, and quiz items, plus a sample screen in your brand. This is the cheapest point to change anything, so we hold here until you sign off.

Weeks 3 to 4 - Build, media, and voiceover

Development in Storyline 360 or Rise 360. Custom graphics, animation, voiceover recording, captions, and interaction programming all happen in this window.

Week 5 - Working build | REVIEW CHECKPOINT 2

You get a link to the working course and click through it exactly as a learner would. Comments come back on a single consolidated review sheet so nothing gets lost across email threads.

Weeks 6 to 7 - QA, accessibility, packaging, handover

Revisions applied, then WCAG 2.1 AA checks, cross-device testing, SCORM or xAPI packaging, and validation in SCORM Cloud. You receive the tested package, plus upload support on the day you launch.

HOW WE WORK

The principles behind every course we build

These are the standards we hold every eLearning project to - and the reason L&D teams keep coming back.

Speed without shortcuts

Fast is the whole point. Five to seven weeks, every time. We engineered our process around removing delay - but never by skipping instructional design or QA.

Transparency

No surprises, ever. Fixed pricing and fixed timelines. So you know exactly what you're getting, what it costs, and when it lands - before you commit a peso or a dollar.

Accessibility

WCAG 2.1 AA, no exceptions. Every learner deserves a course that works for them. Accessibility is built into our standard process, not sold as a premium upgrade.

Partnership

An extension of your team. We don't replace your L&D department - we give it bandwidth. You stay in control with two review checkpoints on every build.

PRICING

Simple. Transparent. No surprises.

Fixed pricing. Fixed timelines. Every price is per course (30 to 60 minutes of seat time), so you know exactly what you're getting before you commit. Most eLearning companies in the Philippines quote only after a discovery call - our rates are on this page.

INDUSTRIES WE BUILD FOR

Sectors and training types

Regulated, high-turnover, and multi-site organisations get the most out of rapid course production - because the training never stops changing.

Healthcare

Clinical protocol, patient safety, infection control, and regulatory refreshers that update constantly.

FMCG

Product knowledge, merchandising standards, and field-force training rolled out across markets.

Training & Consulting Firms

White-label course production for training firms that need to scale delivery without hiring developers.

BPO & Shared Services

High-volume onboarding, account handling, and client-specific process training on tight ramp times.

Manufacturing & Safety

Machine operation, hazard awareness, and toolbox topics converted from classroom decks.

Financial Services

AML, data privacy, conduct, and policy training that needs an audit trail behind every completion.

Retail & Hospitality

Store standards, service scripts, and seasonal product launches deployed to distributed teams.

Government & NGO

Programme rollouts and public-facing modules where accessibility compliance is mandatory, not optional.

THE BUSINESS CASE

What converting your training to eLearning actually changes

A classroom session costs the same every time you run it: facilitator hours, venue, travel, printed materials, and the productive hours your people spend away from the job. A course costs once to build, then serves everyone who joins after.

The savings are real, but they aren’t the whole argument. The bigger shift is consistency and evidence – every learner receives the identical message, and every completion leaves a timestamped record in your LMS.

Where the return shows up

  • Cost per learner falls as headcount rises. Build once, deploy to ten people or ten thousand.
  • Travel, venue, and facilitator costs disappear for the content that doesn't need a room.
  • Onboarding ramp shortens. New hires start day one instead of waiting for the next scheduled batch.
  • The message stays identical across sites, shifts, and countries - no facilitator drift.
  • Compliance becomes auditable. Completion dates and scores sit in your LMS, ready for the auditor.
  • Admin load drops. No attendance sheets, no manual score entry, no chasing paperwork.
  • Learners access it anytime. Night shift, field staff, and remote teams stop being an exception.
  • Updates are cheap. Policy changed? Edit one module instead of rebriefing every trainer.

MEASUREMENT

Every course ships with a way to prove it worked

Most course vendors hand over a package and leave you to work out whether it worked. We build the measurement in from the storyboard stage, using the Kirkpatrick model.

Level 1 - Reaction

A short reaction survey at the end of the course - relevance, clarity, confidence to apply. Results report straight into your LMS. Included in every tier.

Level 2 - Learning

Scored knowledge checks written against the learning objectives, with an optional pre-test so you can show the gain rather than just the score. Included in every tier.

Level 3 - Behaviour signals

Where your LMS supports xAPI, we can emit statements on scenario decisions and simulation steps, so you can see how learners behave, not just whether they passed. Available on Professional and Enterprise builds.

ACCESSIBILITY

WCAG 2.1 AA on every course, at no extra charge

Accessibility is where most rapid production quietly cuts corners, because nobody checks until a learner complains or an auditor asks. We build to WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the default specification on every tier, including the $2,999 one.

If you are procuring under Section 508 or an equivalent public-sector requirement, tell us at scoping and we will document conformance in the format your procurement team needs.

What we check before delivery

  • Full keyboard navigation with visible focus states - no mouse-only interactions
  • Text contrast at 4.5:1 minimum, and 3:1 for large text and UI components
  • Meaningful alt text on every informative image, decorative images marked as such
  • Closed captions and a downloadable transcript for all narration and video
  • Screen reader pass on the built course, not just on the storyboard
  • No meaning carried by colour alone
  • Logical reading and tab order across every screen
  • Accessible quiz interactions and feedback, including drag-and-drop alternatives
  • Conformance documentation available on request

Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, H5P

WHY A PHILIPPINE-BASED PARTNER?

A global standard, an unbeatable rate

Being an eLearning solutions company based in the Philippines isn't a compromise - it's how we deliver agency-grade work at a fraction of agency cost for clients here and overseas.

Cost efficiency

US and UK studios commonly quote well into five figures for a single interactive course of this depth. Our Enterprise tier tops out at $7,500 - same standards, no agency markup.

English fluency

English is an official working language here and the Philippines ranks among the strongest English-proficient countries in Asia. That means clean scriptwriting, clear voiceover, and no translation layer between you and your developer.

Time-zone reach

We work GMT+8. That's a full overlap with Singapore and Hong Kong, most of the Australian day, the London morning, and the US West Coast evening. Reviews rarely wait a full day for a reply.

35+ languages

From a single course to a multi-market rollout, we localize content for global learner audiences across 35+ languages - script, on-screen text, voiceover, and layout.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE WORK

OUR STORY

Why we became a rapid eLearning development company

Every L&D team we’d ever worked with had the same quiet problem. The expertise was there. The bandwidth was not. Course after course – compliance updates, refreshed onboarding, that webinar everyone meant to repurpose – kept sliding to next quarter. eLearning Solutions Lab started as a simple answer to that problem.

We’re a Philippine-based rapid eLearning development company that exists to be the extra capacity L&D teams need: a seamless extension of your department that can take raw content and return finished, LMS-ready courses fast.

Send raw content. We handle instructional design, development, and QA. You launch in your LMS.

No bloated agency retainers. Just fixed pricing, fixed timelines, and courses that work in any modern LMS the day they’re delivered – built by a team that treats accessibility and instructional rigor as non-negotiable, not add-ons.

What makes us different

  • No in-house build team needed - we plug straight into yours
  • Work from whatever you have: PPT, PDF, Word, or just a topic
  • SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, and xAPI, tested before delivery
  • WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility on every course, no exceptions
  • Published fixed prices - no discovery call required to learn our rates
  • We don't sell an LMS, so we have no reason to steer your platform choice
  • Two structured review checkpoints keep you in control

OUR MISSION

Why do we do this

To make professional, accessible eLearning fast and affordable, so no training course ever has to sit in a folder waiting to be built.

About working with us

A few things L&D teams ask before they get started.

We’re a Philippine-based rapid eLearning development company focused on fast, fixed-price course production. We specialize in converting existing materials – PowerPoints, PDFs, classroom decks, and webinar recordings – into SCORM-ready WCAG-accessible courses, plus custom development, microlearning, instructional design, and consulting. Our model is built to be a seamless extension of your in-house L&D team.

Rapid eLearning development is an approach where we produce professional courses in weeks rather than months by starting from content you already have and using a streamlined, checkpoint-driven process. We remove the slow parts – endless meetings, redundant approvals, and building from scratch – without cutting instructional design or quality assurance. For us that means a reliable 5 to 7 week delivery on every eLearning project.

No. We don’t sell, host, or resell a learning management system, and we take no commission from LMS vendors. We build the courses; you host them on your own platform. What we do provide is a fully tested SCORM, xAPI, or cmi5 package that uploads and tracks correctly in your LMS, plus support on launch day if anything behaves unexpectedly. If you don’t have an LMS yet, we’re happy to give you an unbiased view of what to look for – we have no stake in which one you pick.

Any platform that accepts SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI, or cmi5 – which covers effectively every modern LMS. We’ve packaged for and tested against Moodle, TalentLMS, Docebo, iSpring Learn, Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Absorb, LearnUpon, SAP Litmos, 360Learning, Workday Learning, Canvas, Blackboard, Google Classroom, and others. Every package is validated in SCORM Cloud before it reaches you, and we’ll do a test upload into your own sandbox before final sign-off if you’d like the extra assurance. In-house or custom platform? Send us the specification and we’ll confirm before you commit.

Every eLearning project is delivered in 5 to 7 weeks. We engineered our process – discovery call, build, two review checkpoints – specifically to remove the delays that cause training backlogs in the first place. You get an agreed timeline before any work starts.

Pricing is fixed and quoted per course – 30 to 60 minutes of seat time. Rapid Build is $2,999 for clean, guided courses with limited interactivity and scored quizzes. Professional Build is $4,500 for full interactivity – branching scenarios, custom animation, and a named on-screen facilitator. Enterprise Build is $7,500 for simulation, adaptive branching, and fully custom design. All figures are in USD. Multi-course programs and a one-time blueprint or design-system setup for larger engagements are quoted on request – so you always know the full cost before you commit, with no hourly surprises.

LMS licensing and hosting, premium stock footage or music licensing, live facilitation, additional languages beyond the agreed scope, and creating subject-matter expertise that doesn’t exist yet – if the content has never been written down and no internal expert is available, that’s consulting work rather than course production. Structural rewrites requested after you’ve signed off Checkpoint 1 also fall outside the fixed price. Anything out of scope is quoted in writing before we start on it.

Corrections are included: typos, factual fixes, audio retakes, branding adjustments, anything we got wrong against the approved storyboard. What sits outside the fixed price is new scope – added modules, a restructured course, or a change of direction that contradicts what was signed off at Checkpoint 1. In those cases we quote the addition before doing the work. The two-checkpoint structure exists precisely so the expensive changes surface early, while they’re still cheap.

You own the finished course outright. Source files – the Storyline or Rise project – are handed over on request so any developer can edit the course later, with or without us. We don’t hold your content hostage as a retention strategy.

Yes. Send us the source project and we’ll refresh, rebrand, fix, extend, or re-package it. This is also how most legacy conversions start – older Flash-based or unsupported courses rebuilt as responsive HTML5 while keeping the instructional content you’ve already validated.

No. That’s the point. We act as a complete extension of your L&D department – you send raw content, and we handle instructional design, development, and QA. You stay in control through two review checkpoints, but you don’t need any production capacity of your own.

We sign NDAs before you send anything sensitive – just ask at the scoping stage. Client material stays on access-controlled storage, is shared only with the people building your course, and is removed from active systems on request at project close. If your compliance team has specific handling requirements, raise them during scoping and we’ll work to them.

Yes. Every course we deliver is a tested SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI, or cmi5 package that works in any modern LMS out of the box. We test before delivery, so you upload a finished, working file – not a project to troubleshoot.

We’re based in the Philippines and work on GMT+8. Our clients are spread across Asia-Pacific, North America, Europe, and the Middle East, and everything runs remotely – scoping calls, checkpoint reviews, and handover all happen on video or email at a time that suits your working day. You can reach us on WhatsApp or Viber at +63 976 668 6033, or by email at the addresses at the bottom of this page.

We do – alongside local Philippine organizations. As a Philippine-based rapid eLearning development company, we serve clients across time zones, support 35+ languages for localization, and deliver agency-grade quality at a rate that works for both local and overseas L&D budgets.

Send us whatever you already have – a deck, a PDF, a recorded webinar, or just the topic and the audience. We’ll book a scoping call, then come back with a fixed price, a fixed delivery date, and a course outline. You approve both before anything gets built, and before you pay anything.
